HULA HOOPS
Dizzy Lizzy Delicious is possibly best known for her dexterous and charming hula hoops performances. Her fast-spinning acts combine a stellar skill level with cheeky, high-energy stage presence to amaze and delight children and adults alike.
Dizzy’s hula hoop offerings include a wide array of single hoop skills (inspired by hoop dance and rhythmic gymnastics), multiple hoop tricks (including separations, in which up to nine hoops begin spinning collectively on the waist and are then manipulated to spin independently on separate areas of the body), balances (where a single hoop is balanced on the forehead while other hoops spin separately on the waist, hands and legs) and the classic crowd-pleaser, the stack (a pile of thirty of more hoops spinning on the waist and torso in a whirl of motion).
Some of Dizzy Lizzy’s popular hula hoop acts include:
-Charming Confections, a pink and white striped fantasy set to contemporary swing music.
-Don’t Tell Mama, burlesque and hula-hooping seamlessly melded into a cheeky hop, skip and jump of a party piece complete with audience participation.
- Comin’ Up From Behind, a skilful routine combing single hoop tricks with acrobatic prowess and an edgier vibe.
- Chelsea Dagger, a rock and roll offering guaranteed to get the crowd cheering and dancing along.
Although Dizzy Lizzy’s hula hoop artistry can be demonstrated in almost any space, nine cubed feet / three cubed metres of performance area is optimal, and a raised stage is preferred. Strolling / atmospheric  hula hooping can also be a wonderful feature for parties, festivals and corporate events.

TRAPEZE
Static / fixed trapeze is the one of the most archetypal aerial acts, evoking the glamourous, piquant atmosphere of the old Big Top. Requiring no net or safety line, the static trapeze is relatively simple to fit into most performance spaces. Two rigging points (each with a SWL of 750kg) at a minimum four metres / thirteen feet in height, performance area three metres / nine feet in diameter is required, however.
Dizzy Lizzy has been performing on the trapeze in both Australia and the USA for over ten years.  She finds this apparatus the perfect vehicle for the melding of skill and character, and will have you shaking your head in disbelief as she swings, flips and hangs from her toes, heels and (disturbingly) the back of her neck.
Also included under Dizzy’s trapeze banner are swinging trapeze (a more difficult and dangerous aerial art, requiring a safety line, involving release moves from a swinging weighted trapeze bar) and doubles trapeze (a duo act in which two aerialists lift, support and manipulate each other’s bodies on a single trapeze bar).
Through costume and music choices, Dizzy Lizzy’s trapeze acts can be customised to fit your show or event, and is guaranteed to astound and entertain.

AERIAL SILKS / TISSU
Arguably the most popular aerial act of the moment, silks is a display of grace and beauty through manipulation of gravity. Dizzy Lizzy's celestial spectacle on the silks is second to none, including feats of flexibility as well as daring drops and rotations. Performed in the USA, Asia and Australia, this act can be adapted to suit the theme of your show or corporate event, and will undoubtedly impress a crowd.
An aerial silks performance requires a single rigging point (SWL 1000kg / 2205lb) minimum three metres / nine feet in height, ground performance area three metres / nine feet in diameter.

LYRA / AERIAL RING
This all-spinning, all-shining piece of air-borne ingenuity really qualifies the “dizzy” in Dizzy Lizzy's non-de-plume. Lizzy weaves her body in and out of the spinning metal hoop, demonstrating suppleness and dexterity, intriguing and astonishing the audience below. Lyra is relatively simple to rig, requiring a single rigging point (of SWL 1000kg / 2205 lb, minimum seven metres / 20 feet in height, and a performance area 4 metres  / 13 feet in diameter.
With burlesque, character and purely skill-based versions guaranteed to impress, this act suits many corporate functions, festivals and cabaret-style shows.

STILT-WALKING
Easily the most popular strolling circus performance art, an outrageous character towering above the crowd on stilts will delight adults and children alike. Dizzy Lizzy began her stilt-walking career at the tender age of twelve, and since then has developed many amazing stilt characters with elaborate costumes including a cowgirl, a pretty, pretty princess and a juggling, wise-cracking clown. Although stilt-walking is very versatile, some conditions (eg. ice, mud) are unsafe and it is advisable to discuss details with Dizzy Lizzy upon booking stilt-walking for your event.

SIDESHOW ACTS
For the edgier, more alternative crowd, Dizzy Lizzy Delicious offers a tantalising array of sideshow skill selections to shock, awe and disturb. A word of warning – these tricks are not for the faint of heart, and should NOT be tried at home.

Human Blockhead
Don't be fooled by the frilly outfit, this act astounds and alarms more than any girly show ever could. With charm, sass and a great big hammer, Dizzy Lizzy demonstrates the ancient sideshow art of blockheading, that is, driving unyielding pointy objects into one's cranium via the nostrils. Said objects include (but are not limited to) four and a half inch roofing nails, screwdrivers and lollipop sticks. Fantastic as a burlesque stage act or as a roving / strolling party piece, Dizzy Lizzy’s human blockhead abilities will be a conversation topic among your audience, guests or clients for weeks to come.

Staples / the Candy Tray
Dizzy Lizzy is the girl that everyone’s been talking about, but this is the act they have to whisper about.  A focus group and a serious talk with the boss may be in order before you decide on this particular piece for your show or event.
In the style of an old-time cigarette girl, Dizzy Lizzy wanders through the crowd, offering treats from her candy tray. But these are no ordinary treats – nails to be hammered up Dizzy’s nose, and an industrial staple gun with which the crowd can actually staple tips (in the form of paper currency) to Dizzy Lizzy’s arms, legs and torso! If  you’re looking for something wild and a little bit scary, this might just be your final destination.
 
Glass-walking
Here’s an act guaranteed to hold the audience’s attention: a pretty girl walking, jumping and lying on a pile of razor-sharp broken glass. Dizzy Lizzy starts off with an amazing feat from her amazing feet as she dances and jumps barefoot on the remains of roughly fifty shattered beer bottles. The madness continues as she lies flat on her back on the crunching, splintering shards, and things come to a head with a display of flexibility, strength and insanity so extreme it has to be seen rather than explained. Suffice it to say, Dizzy Lizzy Delicious’s glass-walking skills will make your show or event a smashing success.
